Pool maintenance
The pool will be closed Tuesday morning for scheduled maintenance.
Fall cleanup day
Meet at the clubhouse at 9:00 AM. Supplies will be provided.
A useful update should not disappear into a personal inbox.
Announcements keep community news in a searchable feed that residents can revisit. Staff choose when to publish and whether an update should also appear publicly.
What you can do
The tools behind the everyday work.
Write and schedule updates
Compose an announcement in the editor, categorize it, and publish now or at a chosen date and time.
A resident news feed
Published announcements appear where residents already begin: their community dashboard.
Optional public visibility
Mark an announcement public to include it on supported website news surfaces. Resident-only is the default.
Email and phone notifications
Publishing can notify subscribed residents through the supported announcement channels, subject to their preferences.
Community conversation
Keep permitted comments with the announcement so discussion stays in the association’s own system.
Searchable published information
Published announcements support resident search and, where enabled, Nova’s answers about current community information.
How it works
From a draft update to the places residents look.
-
Write the update
Choose its category and explain what residents need to know.
-
Choose visibility
Keep it for residents or also make it public.
-
Publish or schedule
Release it now or set its publication time.
-
Reach connected surfaces
The feed, eligible website sections, and supported notifications use the published update.
Connected by the record
Your public news stays current as part of normal board work.
A public announcement can appear on the website without a separate page edit. Resident-only updates stay out of the public news feed.
- Write the update once and manage its publication centrally.
- Keep the portal and website reading the same published content.
- Use Email communications when a message needs a targeted audience.
